Peach & lime conserve
A twist of lime cuts through the sweetness and adds a tropical flavour to this deliciously sticky peach conserve. Cut a shallow cross in the base of each peach. Place peaches in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Drain. Use your fingers to carefully peel.
