The Elk Grove Fine Arts Center has scheduled several workshops during February at the center, 9080 Elk Grove Blvd. in Old Town Elk Grove. Palette Knife Oils is slated for Thursday and Friday, Feb. 9 and 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. and fee is $40. Instructor is Mark Johnson.
